Basketball Game Preview: Rainier Columbians vs. Gaston Greyhounds + How To Watch

The Rainier Columbians will challenge the Gaston Greyhounds at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rainier is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

On Monday, Rainier had to suffer through an 81-40 loss at the hands of Mossyrock.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Gaston, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They skirted past Lewis Academy 58-55. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Greyhounds have posted since December 6, 2024.

Gaston's win ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1. As for Rainier, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Rainier's way against Gaston in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as Rainier made off with a 60-34 victory. Do the Columbians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Greyhounds turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
