North Eugene had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. Everything went their way against the Springfield Millers as they made off with a 12-2 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-1 on Tuesday.

North Eugene pushed their record up to 11-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Springfield, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.

North Eugene will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Millers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
