It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Evergreen had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Longmont Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Evergreen also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

They hit Longmont with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Miles Buchanan, Carson Dewil, and William Rapp.

Evergreen's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-1. As for Longmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-2.

Looking ahead, Evergreen will take on Montbello on Wednesday. Montbello will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Evergreen surely won't give up without a fight. Longmont does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
