Seffner Christian had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Freedom Patriots.

Meanwhile, Freedom (ranked 458th) will meet Wharton (ranked 153rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
