After failing to score in their last matchup, Mt. Zion made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mahomet-Seymour on Thursday. They blew past the Bulldogs 4-0. The result was nothing new for Mt. Zion, who have now won six matches by four goals or more so far this season.

Mt. Zion's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for Mahomet-Seymour, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9-3.
