Pace Academy barely beat Hillgrove the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights never let the Hawks get on the board and left with a 24-0 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won five matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

Pace Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Katie Durant and Lucy Fleming.

The win made it two in a row for Pace Academy and bumps their season record up to 10-6. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 3-15 South Paulding and 4-13 Hillgrove. As for Hillgrove, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Pace Academy will take on West Forsyth at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolverines' defense has only allowed 7.4 points per game this season, so the Knights' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Hillgrove, they have already played their next game, a 13-7 loss against South Paulding on the 17th.
