Volleyball Recap: Campbell Gets the Win

Campbell won the last time they faced McEachern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Spartans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Indians. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Campbell found their leader in sophomore Inika Balakrishnan, who had 11 digs and one assist. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Balakrishnan. Lillian Grigsby also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Campbell was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Campbell's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for McEachern, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Campbell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Harrison on the 26th. As for McEachern, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Pebblebrook on the 26th.
