Hammond Bishop Noll proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Illiana Christian Vikings 2-1. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won four contests in a row.

Nathan Pierce paced Hammond Bishop Noll's offense, picking up six kills. Pierce got some help from Zebediah Zuckley and his 20 assists.

Hammond Bishop Noll's record is now 11-3. As for Illiana Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-7.
