Roosevelt's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They never let the Northridge Grizzlies get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Roughriders, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Jack Sansone was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, four RBI, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2025. Kayden Bryant was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Roosevelt always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .655. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Northridge only posted an OBP of .071.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Northridge, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-18.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Roosevelt beat the Grizzlies by a score of 11-0 later that day.
