Baseball Recap: Oswego Takes a Loss

Oswego was the 5-2 winner over East Syracuse-Minoa when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bucs wound up with the same score they had in their last game (4-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Oswego saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Kenyon, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Ethan King also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for East Syracuse-Minoa, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

While Oswego had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
