Kennedy is a perfect 5-0 against Fridley since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. On Monday, Kennedy beat DeLaSalle 7-2. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Islanders: they've now won three in a row.

They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over Robbinsdale Cooper on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since March 28, 2024.

Kennedy pushed their record up to 11-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Fridley, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-12.

Kennedy beat Fridley 6-3 when the teams last played back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
