South Aiken is 8-2 against North Augusta since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Thoroughbreds will take on the Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. South Aiken is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, South Aiken beat Aiken 3-1. The win continues a trend for South Aiken in their matchups with Aiken: they've now won five in a row.

South Aiken hit Aiken with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zoe Schifer, Mikayla Pollina, and Madee Whittle.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Augusta). They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Brookland-Cayce on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for North Augusta and bumps their season record up to 4-8-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two games. As for South Aiken, their record is now 6-4-2.
