Softball Recap: Mendota Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Mendota's offense. They lost 19-0 to the Caruthers Blue Raiders on Wednesday. The Aztecs haven't had much luck with the Blue Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Mendota's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Caruthers, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Mendota has already played their next contest (against Corcoran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Caruthers, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Yosemite on the 21st.
