Basketball Recap: Sebastopol Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sebastopol was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Lake Hornets and fell 57-11. The Bobcats lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 44-30 score last time.

Lakin Musgrove was Sebastopol's leading scorer, having posted four points. Allie Burkes held things down on the boards with three rebounds.

Lake's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyunnia Pinkston, who posted 16 points and seven steals. Another player making a difference was Natasha Patrick, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten steals.

Sebastopol's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lake, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Sebastopol will challenge French Camp Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake, they will face off against McLaurin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
