Basketball Recap: Hardaway Makes It Eight in a Row on the Road

The Hardaway Hawks blew past the Shaw Raiders 72-23 on Friday thanks in part to Johnson, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine steals. Those nine steals gave her a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Rhianna Boynton, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 11 games she's played.

When it comes to explaining why Shaw lost, don't look at Quishyi Walcott. Despite the final result, she posted ten points and seven rebounds. That was a full 43.5% of Shaw's points, marking the fifth time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points.
