Softball Recap: Buffalo Island Central Comes Up Short

Buffalo Island Central suffered their biggest defeat since April 4, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against the Riverside Rebels, falling 12-3. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 9-1 to the Rebels when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Buffalo Island Central now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Riverside, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Buffalo Island Central will take on Manila at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverside, they will challenge Gosnell at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Gosnell has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
