Football Recap: Culver Academies Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Culver Academies challenged Guerin Catholic on Friday. The Eagles took a 35-21 bruising from the Golden Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Golden Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Culver Academies' defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Guerin Catholic, they moved to 4-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
