Turner lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Rodney Gray, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and four steals. Sahil Anand was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds.
Turner has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-11 record this season. As for Wakeland, their win bumped their record up to 5-17.
Turner will head out on the road to square off against Reedy at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Reedy is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Wakeland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Creekview at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
