There's no place like home for the Breathitt County Bobcats, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They took down Muhlenberg County 70-51 on Friday.
It was another big night for Austin Sperry, who scored 28 points along with six assists and six rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Breathitt County's points. Isaac Bellamy was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Breathitt County's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.6 points per game. As for Muhlenberg County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
