Northampton has gone 8-2 against Middlesex recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Yellowjackets will welcome the Chargers at 5:30 p.m. Northampton will be strutting in after a victory while Middlesex will be coming in after a loss.

Northampton headed into their last matchup having not scored more than one goal for three straight, but Heritage let them put that streak behind them. The Yellowjackets never let the Hurricanes get on the board and left with a 6-0 win two weeks ago. Lizeth Panuco was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Middlesex's offense. They came up short against West Point on Monday, falling 7-0. Middlesex have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Middlesex's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Northampton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

Everything went Northampton's way against Middlesex when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Northampton made off with a 6-2 win. Do the Yellowjackets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chargers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
