Baseball Recap: Claymont Takes a Loss

Claymont was the 4-3 winner over Indian Valley when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 6-1 to the Braves on Wednesday.

Claymont saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayson Gray, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Claymont's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Indian Valley, their record is now 10-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Claymont will face off against Newcomerstown at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Indian Valley, they will challenge West Holmes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
