Eastern entered their tilt with Waggener on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Wildcats 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2025.

Eastern's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Waggener, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, Eastern and Waggener will both be playing Francis Parker the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Wyverns at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
