Volleyball Recap: Amphitheater Takes a Loss

Amphitheater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Walden Grove Red Wolves.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-21.

Amphitheater's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Walden Grove, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Amphitheater didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against St. Augustine Catholic on the 12th. As for Walden Grove, they will head out on the road to face off against Desert Sunrise at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Walden Grove is facing Desert Sunrise at the right time seeing as Desert Sunrise is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
