Volleyball Recap: Cameron Marshburn Key Part of Team Effort in Dark Horses Win + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Clinton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Southwest Onslow Stallions 3-0 on Thursday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Clinton was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-15, 25-12.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Clinton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron Marshburn, who had 22 digs. Marshburn is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Nellie Bass, who had 13 kills, three digs, and two aces.

Clinton pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Southwest Onslow, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.
