Mitchell waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They really took it to the Rosman Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-21 victory. The Mountaineers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Mitchell is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.4 points per game. As for Rosman, their loss was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mitchell will face off against Cloudland at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Rosman, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Owen at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
