Soccer Recap: South Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

South managed to keep up with Redondo Union until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The South Spartans lost 3-0 to the Redondo Union Sea Hawks. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sea Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

South's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5. As for Redondo Union, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Palos Verdes the next time they take the pitch. South will head out to face Palos Verdes at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, while Redondo Union will host them at 3:30 p.m. on January 14th.
