Basketball Recap: Flagstaff Takes a Loss

Flagstaff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 51-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coconino Panthers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 55-44 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Flagstaff now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Coconino, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Flagstaff will square off against Lee Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Coconino has already played their next contest (against Mingus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
