Softball Recap: Cossatot River Takes a Loss

Cossatot River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 13-2 to the Charleston Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 17-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Cossatot River's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Charleston, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cossatot River will face off against rival Paris at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Charleston is set to take on their familiar foe Booneville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
