Marlboro moved up to 214 from 244 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Shore - North A. A 19-17 win over Freehold Township helped the Mustangs improve their standing.

Manalapan extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Middletown South, 35-31. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

Colts Neck's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Mike Campbell threw for 177 and four touchdowns and Tim Vangelas had 136 yards receiving. On the ground Anthony Gargiulo chipped in 92 yards. Connor Canonico helped Colts Neck's passing attack out by catching two balls for 20 yards.

On the ground, the Cougars' Gargiulo has rushed for 482 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Vangelas. The Colts Neck star has 19 catches for 418 yards.

Manalapan led Shore - North A in scoring this week after putting up 35 points on the Eagles.
