Baseball Recap: Brewster Takes a Loss

Brewster fell victim to Liberty Bell and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 12-0 to the Mountain Lions. The Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Brewster's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 6-9. As for Liberty Bell, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brewster will welcome Manson at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Liberty Bell, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Okanogan at 11:00 a.m. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Mountain Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
