Basketball Recap: East Hampton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Hampton lost to Coginchaug Regional back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bellringers took a 36-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils. The game marked the Bellringers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Coginchaug Regional can attribute much of their success to Molly Kulas, who posted 11 points and six steals. What's more, Kulas also posted a 50% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January of 2025. Aaliyah Watson was another key player, putting up four points in addition to six boards and four steals.

This is the second loss in a row for East Hampton and nudges their season record down to 6-6. As for Coginchaug Regional, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

East Hampton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 43-39 victory against Hale Ray on the 23rd. As for Coginchaug Regional, they have also already played their next contest, a 68-18 loss against Morgan on the 23rd.
