St. Thomas More won against Westgate last Tuesday with 54 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The St. Thomas More Cougars took their matchup with ease, bagging a 54-18 victory over the Comeaux Spartans. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Blaire Mccauley had a dynamite game for St. Thomas More, going 10-for-14 en route to 24 points and three steals. Those 24 points gave Mccauley a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Katecamille Tatman, who posted 11 points and three steals.

St. Thomas More has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points over those games. As for Comeaux, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.
