Volleyball Recap: George Washington Prep Comes Up Short

George Washington Prep lost against Dorsey back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Generals lost 3-0 to the Dons. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

George Washington Prep was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-12, 25-11.

George Washington Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Dorsey, their victory bumped their record up to 12-14.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. George Washington Prep is set to square off against their familiar foe Harbor Teacher at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Dorsey will take on rival Crenshaw at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
