Mapleton fell victim to North Lake and their airtight defense on Saturday. They were dealt a 61-0 defeat at the hands of the Cowboys.

Mapleton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for North Lake, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Mapleton and North Lake will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Sailors are set to take on their familiar foe Triangle Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Lake will square off against rival Crow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
