Baseball Recap: Sneads Takes a Loss

Sneads lost against Liberty County last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Sneads Pirates fell just short of the Liberty County Bulldogs by a score of 4-3.

Sneads saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Traivon Danzey, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Sneads is 3-1 when Danzey posts two or more runs, but 2-5 otherwise.

Sneads now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Liberty County, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sneads will challenge Malone at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty County, they will take on North Bay Haven Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
