Falls Church is 8-2 against Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Falls Church is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 20-7 margin over Justice last Thursday. The Jaguars not only won last Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 9, 2024 (when they won 15-1).

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology and Annandale, and Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology kept the tradition alive. The Colonials never let the Atoms get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory last Tuesday. Considering the Colonials have won five matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. Falls Church's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7.

Falls Church might still be hurting after the 16-5 loss they got from Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
