Basketball Recap: Kokomo Homeschool Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Kokomo HomeSchool entered their tilt with Bluegrass on Saturday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bluegrass Blazers, sneaking past 58-55. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since January 18th.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kokomo HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jude Hogsett, who went 6-for-11 en route to 15 points. What's more, Hogsett also posted a 60% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in January. Another player making a difference was Dane Beery, who posted 15 points and six rebounds.

Kokomo HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 29-9. As for Bluegrass, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.

Coming up, Kokomo HomeSchool will look to defend their home court on Friday against Anderson HomeSchool at 9:00 p.m. One thing working in Anderson HomeSchool's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. Bluegrass does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
