Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Tuloso-Midway's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

The Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees were able to grind out a solid win over the Karnes City Badgers on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Isabella Garcia paced Tuloso-Midway's offense, picking up 12 kills. Garcia got some help from Ariella Esquivel and her 14 assists. Garcia also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Hailey Mclaughlin, racking up two apiece.

Tuloso-Midway has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Karnes City, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Tuloso-Midway will take on El Campo in a tournament on Saturday. As for Karnes City, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pettus at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
