Soccer Recap: NCSSM: Durham Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cedar Ridge last Thursday, NCSSM: Durham came back down to earth. NCSSM: Durham took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falls Lake Firebirds on Monday. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but NCSSM: Durham couldn't quite close it out.

NCSSM: Durham's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Falls Lake, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

NCSSM: Durham wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 6-0 loss against Durham Academy on the 19th. As for Falls Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against South Granville on the 20th.
