Softball Recap: Golden Gate Titans vs. Lely Trojans

Golden Gate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-4 to the Lely Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-7 back in February.

Golden Gate saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Layla Garcia, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Zoey Beaird also deserves some recognition as she got her first hits of the season.
