Basketball Recap: United Christian Academy Comes Up Short

United Christian Academy lost against Avail Academy back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The United Christian Academy Eagles took a 74-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Avail Academy.

United Christian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season. Avail Academy's win was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-5.

United Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Avail Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Heritage Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 games -- so hopefully Avail Academy likes a good challenge.
