Delta strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand the Vail Mountain Gore Rangers a 6-0 shutout. Delta might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by four goals or more this season.

They hit Vail Mountain with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jessica Black (4), Meri Hollembeak, and Mataya Bean.

Delta pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Vail Mountain, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delta will welcome Eagle Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vail Mountain, they will be playing at home against Basalt at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
