Starting off the list is Millennium's Breana Saunders, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Saunders threw for 198 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 50 yards.

Jackie Jimenez was a major factor in Desert Vista's victory over Boulder Creek on Thursday. Jimenez was unstoppable, rushing for 83 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, while also throwing for 165 yards and a touchdown.
Desert Vista now has a winning record of 3-2. Jimenez and Desert Vista will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Sunnyside at 6:00 p.m. on October 17th.

A Season-Best Performance from Malaysia Roebuck Leads Marana over Valley Vista
On Thursday, Marana got the W thanks in part to Malaysia Roebuck playing the best football she has all season. Roebuck picked up 109 receiving yards and two touchdowns. She also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making three total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception.
