Bridgeland is a perfect 10-0 against Cypress Springs since March of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. While Bridgeland's win against Langham Creek wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Bridgeland came out on top in a nail-biter against Langham Creek on Wednesday, sneaking past 8-6.

Meanwhile, Cypress Springs came up short against Cypress Ranch on Wednesday, falling 13-6.

Jovahn Rodriguez put in work while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. What's more, he gave up only zero earned runs, the fewest he's had over his last six matches. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February.

In other batting news, Jayvn Mitchell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Cypress Springs is 2-1 when Mitchell posts two or more runs, but 5-10 otherwise.

Bridgeland's victory bumped their record up to 13-3-2. As for Cypress Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Everything went Bridgeland's way against Cypress Springs in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Bridgeland made off with a 10-1 win. Does Bridgeland have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cypress Springs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
