It's playoff time, and Hoosac Valley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Maynard Tigers with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 55-39. Winning may never get old, but the Hurricanes sure are getting used to it with their 16th in a row.

Hoosac Valley's win bumped their record up to 22-3. As for Maynard, they moved to 16-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Hoosac Valley will look to defend their home court on Sunday against Springfield Renaissance at 12:00 p.m. Springfield Renaissance will roll in looking for their 27th straight victory, something Hoosac Valley surely won't give up without a fight. Maynard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
