There's no place like home for Horicon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Randolph Rockets on Thursday. For the Marshmen, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Rockets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Horicon might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Randolph scored at least 22 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 18-25, 26-24, 25-22.

Hailey Firari paced Horicon's offense, picking up 17 kills. Firari got some help from Haily Niemuth and her 20 assists. Finally, Firari was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Horicon's victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 9-13. As for Randolph, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-16.

Horicon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Rio on the 11th. As for Randolph, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Deerfield on the 11th.
