Baseball Game Preview: Summit SkyHawks vs. San Dimas Saints

The Summit SkyHawks will face off against the San Dimas Saints at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Summit's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so San Dimas' hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Thursday, Summit didn't have quite enough to beat Rialto and fell 5-4.

San Dimas came out on top against Colony on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Saints walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Titans.

San Dimas is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-12 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. As for Summit, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-9.
