Basketball Recap: Lampeter-Strasburg's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Lampeter-Strasburg was the 66-44 winner over Lancaster Catholic when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Pioneers took a 70-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crusaders on Thursday. The loss put an end to the Pioneers' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lampeter-Strasburg fell to 2-1. As for Lancaster Catholic, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Lampeter-Strasburg will host York Catholic at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lancaster Catholic, they are taking a road trip to challenge Manheim Central at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
