Softball Recap: Ajo Falls Short of Sequoia Charter in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ajo can now relate to. They came up short against the Sequoia Charter Stallions on Friday, falling 13-2. The Red Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Ajo now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Sequoia Charter, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Ajo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sequoia Charter, they will take on Paradise Valley Christian Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Stallions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 18.6 runs per game this season.
