Volleyball Game Preview: Foxborough Warriors vs. Sharon Eagles

Foxborough and Sharon are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Warriors will head out to challenge the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Friday, Foxborough came up short against Bristol-Plymouth RVT and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Sharon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Methuen.

While Sharon was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Methuen's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15, 26-24.

Foxborough's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9-1. As for Sharon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Foxborough couldn't quite get it done against Sharon in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
